Math and Science Magnet Program
Revere's Math and Science Magnet Program is one of the premier School-Within-a-School programs in HISD. Our program is tailored to students who exhibit a keen interest in and/or wish to pursue careers in math and the sciences. The program offers academically advanced work in math and science, and an enriched curriculum through non-traditional math and science electives. Moreover, we offer eligible students the opportunity to earn up to seven high school graduation credits on our campus.
In today’s fast-paced and dynamic world it is of particular importance that our students are not only successful in the academic arena, but also well-rounded life-long learners with diverse interests. Thus, in addition to our core-content curriculum and magnet electives, we offer a wide variety of foreign language and fine arts elective courses, extracurricular clubs, and University Interscholastic League (UIL) athletics. At Revere, we believe that every child can be successful and we strive to prepare each child for success in his or her high school, college, and career choices.
