1. We always treat our students and each other with common decency/respectful behavior. We teach and assess with integrity and compassion.
2. What is best for the organization comes before what is best for the individual or groups.
3. We are always improving. Even though we celebrate our accomplishments, we are never satisfied. We will continue to build on a rich tradition already present here.
4. We will increase the feel of student personalization. Every child will be known by someone here.
5. We will break down walls of isolation and strive for genuine collaboration. It's what true professionals do.
6. We will continue to build a bridge with the entire learning community and become the middle school of choice.
7. We will increase the degree of accountability throughout the school.
8. We will become a high-perfomance culture, one that is results-oriented. We will do whatever it takes to educate our students.
9. Don't be so darn serious all the time. A little laughter/humor goes a long way.
10. We will build leadership capacity by continually providing opportunities for the staff to lead.
