Check out our variety of sports offered and become a student-athlete for Paul Revere.
To try out and become part of the winning tradition, you will need the following before participating in Revere Athletics:
1. A physical exam (completed on an HISD physical exam form) by a doctor.
2. A completed parent approval form.
3. HISD insurance (last year $35 for the entire year and all sports) or a notarized Insurance Waiver Form (can be picked up at an HISD sports stadium or the first week of school) showing proof of insurance and identification.
